- Time -

It will take a couple of hours or days, depending on the complexity of the commission, life events, or other things outside of my control. (If any said event would make the commission take a LOT longer to be finished, you will be notified as soon as possible.)Deadlines however is needed to be discussed if you have a set date in mind that is needed to be done by. And I will let you know I will meet it or not.

- Payment -

Sending the payment must be done before the commission work has been started, or at least after the rough sketch has been approved.The only times it would be done after the commission work is if you're a returner who I'm familiar with, and will likely to be done though Invoice if needed.

- Refunds -

Refunds are only available at the rough sketching/colouring stage of the peice; and it will no longer the case once you approve the sketch.The only times where I'll return the payment after that stage is either I took way longer than expected and unable to continue it; Or there's something I do not approve of.
(e.g. using money from a third party wo/ their consent; being hostile/disrespectful towards me or a third party; or the commissioner has a controversial history that I'm against with)And by doing so (whether by you refunding or me discontinuing the work), you will no longer have the right to use the artwork in any way shape of form, regardless of it's latest stages.

However, you can use it for other artists to heavy reference on, but that is only I've given you permission to do so.

- Change fee -

Edits in general has no fee what-so-ever, unless it's been done more than 4 times, which would cost 30% of the original price.Any huge changes (e.g. redraw a new pose from scratch after the sketch stage has already been approved) will likely charge 50% of the original priceThe payment for the fee will be sent to you as an invoice after the commission is finished.
(If it's before pay, It will be included in the invoice)

- Terms of use -

  • When the commission has been completed, you (and the third parties) will have the right to use the work in any non-profitable way you please. (that includes; making it as Icons for non-business accounts, making non-profitable merch for yourself, or using it as references for anything else) as long as you give proper credit to me and whoever's included.

  • FOR NSFW/SUGGESTIVE COMMISSIONS: If you decided to show/post the work publicly, I highly prefer you to credit me with the username I'll use for NSFW content.

  • You do not have the right to resell or make a profit out of the work in any shape or form if it's not agreed upon during the discussion.

  • You must not remove my signature or claim the work as yours. Neither trace, edit, or heavily reference the work without permission. And most importantly, DO NOT use my artwork to train ai related content. (I highly disapprove that shit and you will be called out publicly if you do./srs)

  • There'll be a chance that i'll post the commission work in any of my public platforms, and using it as part of my portfolio (under a 'commission' watermark and @/tag ofc). but If you wish me to not do so for any reasons (such as; special events or personal reasons), PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP

  • (This one's obvious but needed to be said) You must never post the commission that is NSFW/suggestive or has sensitive topics in places where people (especially minors) do not consent into seeing it. (I don't want to be involved in anybody's gross degeneracy, thank you./srs)
