I prefer Discord for direct contact, since it's my most active place besides Bluesky, Twitter and Tumblr. (Any other places will be dismissed.)My timezone is AEDT / GMT+11, so if I haven't responded to you ASAP, that'll be one of the reasons; the other will be any other events that are outside of my control.

- Thing's I won't make -

  • Very complex details/designs

  • Characters from scratch without any ref/inspirations

  • Suggestive/Nude art for strangers and Underage commissioners

  • Porn / Fetish content

  • Heavy gore (Mild gore and body horror is fine)

  • Anything that is considered Problematic and Gross af (e.g. Romanticizing Abuse/Self-harm/SA, Child Exploitation, Animal Cruelty, Bigotry)

  • Yume Doubles (feel free to ask if you're unsure!)

- Time -

It will take either a day or a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission, life events, or other things outside of my control. (If any of these events would make the commission take a LOT longer to finish, you will be notified as soon as possible.)Deadlines however are needed to discuss if you have a set date in mind that needs to be met. And I will let you know whether I will meet it or not.

- Payment -

Sending the payment must be done before the commission work has been started, or at least after the rough sketch has been approved.The only times it would be done after the commission work is if you're a returner who I'm familiar with, and can be done though Invoice if needed.

- Change fee -

Edits generally have no fee whatsoever, unless it's been done more than 4 times, which would cost 30%-50% of the original price due to time wise.The payment for the fee will be sent to you as an invoice after the commission is finished.
(If it's before pay, it would be included in the invoice)

- Refunds -

Refunds are only available at the rough sketching/colouring stage of the piece, and it will no longer be the case once you approve the sketch.The only times when I'll return the payment after that stage are either I took way longer than expected and I'm unable to continue it; Or there's something I do not approve of.
(e.g. using money from a third party wo/ their consent; being hostile/disrespectful towards me or a third party; or the commissioner has a controversial history that I'm against)And by doing so, you will no longer have the right to use the artwork in any way, shape, or form, regardless of its latest stages.However, you can use it for other artists to heavily reference if I've permitted you to do so.

- Terms of use -

  • When the commission has been completed, you (and the third parties) will have the right to use the work in any way you please. (that includes: making it into account icons, making non-profit merch for yourself, or using it as references for anything else) as long as you give proper credit to me and whoever's included on the piece.

  • FOR NSFW/SUGGESTIVE COMMISSIONS: If you decided to show/post the work publicly and want to credit me, I highly prefer you to tag the username I'll use for NSFW content.

  • You do not have the right to resell or make a profit out of the work in any shape or form if it's not agreed upon during the discussion.

  • You must not remove my signature or claim the work as yours. Neither trace, edit, or heavily reference the work without permission. And most importantly, DO NOT use my artwork to train AI-related content. (I highly disapprove that shit and you will be called out publicly if you do./srs)

  • There'll be a chance that I'll post the commission work on any of my public platforms and use it as part of my portfolio (under a 'commission' watermark and @/tag ofc). but If you wish me to not do so for any reasons (such as: special events or personal reasons), PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP

  • (This one's obvious but needed to be said) You must never post the commission that is NSFW/suggestive or has sensitive topics in places where people (especially minors) do not consent into seeing it. (I don't want to be involved in anybody's gross degeneracy, thank you./srs)
